I brought my car in for an overheating issue and they put a new thermostat in it and charged me over $500 (which is a little high but not too bad) and they said they tested it and it was fixed. On my way home (15 minute drive), the overheating started again. I took it back to them and they ran some more tests and assured me that it was not a blown head gasket, and the car was running fine for them. I took it to another place and, sure enough, it was a blown head gasket. The thermostat was never the issue and this negligence cost me over $500 (which they refuse to refund). I would never recommend anyone to take their car hear as this whole interaction was completely unprofessional.

Wish I could give a lower rating. Feb 15, 2025 we purchased a set of Cooper tires here with a supposed warranty of 65,000 miles. Our odometer was 19,475 and today it is 51,746. We called earlier this week to let them know we would be driving in to get new tires from the warranty and they set up an appointment. When we bought these tires, we drove 2 hours here because our son had an orientation at the college. So to make the most of our time, we decided just to get the tires while we waited which opened up time for us later in the week. Fast forward to today, we drove 2 hours back in to Athens to get new tires only yo be told they don't warranty what they sell. We had to contact "Goodyear" (not cooper) directly. We have rotated our tires religiously at 5k miles when we get an oil change but only got 30k miles out of these tires. That is less than half of what thry advertised and sold yo us. My whole problem here is the fact that they knew we were there to warranty our tires. My wife told them we had 2 hours to drive there. When we arrived they said our name and we were there for that reason. The guy at the desk made a call and came back and said there was nothing he could do with road hazard. We weren't there for road hazard warranty. They knew it. If you sell a product as a company and push the warranty as a benefit, then the proper way to handle it as a business would have been to change our tires and THEY file a claim to receive a reimbursement from Goodyear. That should not be at the responsibility of the consumer. If you sell a product then stand behind it. Don't push the buck while you push your customers away. We had a wonderful experience when we bought the tires. We thought we were covered. BUYER BEWARE: YOU ARE NOT

Had an 830am appointment for front brakes. Was told they would pull it right in, look at it, and call us with a cost estimate. It is now after 1pm and we have not heard nothing. Gave them a call and they said they had not even looked at it yet. Supposedly some employees did not arrive for their shift today. If that is the case then why not call and tell me? He said he would pull it in right now and get my estimate but this is our second and last time there. First time, we waited all day for tires to be put on. Avoid this place at all costs.

I selected my tires online as the Kumho Solus TA31s and was quoted $156 per tire. I then set up an appointment to have the tires I selected installed. I called to see if the free oil change could be done right away or if I had to wait until after the install. They didn't have my appointment and then changed the day to Monday. No big deal. Then I go in to have it done. Tires are bit in stock yet. Truck would be there soon so I waited. I finally get to check out and they installed the wrong tire (Kumho Solus TA51a) for $194 each.
She found them and stated it's only a $18 dollar difference because the online one was now $181 per tire. Then I was told they don't even carry the one I selected and that nothing could be done.
They also didn't do the oil change even though they said we could and I had to have them do that before I left!
I will never buy tires from this place again. I should have gone to Walmart and I hate Walmart.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. I paid them $80 plus tax to remove a couple of old tires and put two new ones on. Which is quite expensive compared to literally any other place I could have gone to. I put the wheels back on my truck and didn't even get a chance to drive on the tires as my day was over... When I got up the next morning, one of the tires had gone completely flat. It was VERY apparent that there was no bead seal between the rim and tire. Accidents happen, people make mistakes. I figured I’d call and see what they could do to make the situation right and I was met with nothing but excuses and an unsure answer as to whether or not it would cost me anything to bring the wheel back and have the tire put back on correctly. So I went somewhere else and payed to have it done again. Cost me $20 dollars at the other place, and they let me watch the process so that I could confirm my suspicions. I was in fact correct.
In closing, I would like to warn anyone who might think that paying double means that you’re getting a guarantee on getting good work. It turns out, some places just charge you twice the amount of what everyone else charges because they know that you’re in a pickle. Customer service was great until I needed to come back, and then it wasn't so friendly. Don’t waste your money there.
The #1 cause of uneven or rapid tire wear is misalignment. Your vehicle also may pull to one side or feel "loose" when steering, and you might even observe a drop in fuel economy. Alignment is critical to tire life and vehicle safety. In fact, if you install new tires on a misaligned vehicle, some manufacturers won't even honor your tire warranty. Everyday driving, potholes, hard turns, and sudden stops, gradually knock your wheels out of alignment. This wear is natural, but it can quickly chew through your tires. That's why Tire Discounters includes a FREE alignment ($129.99 value) when you purchase 4 tires installed. It's just another way we help you get more life (and more value) out of your tires.
