I had these guys do the alignment on my truck 2 years ago and it still runs straight after 2 cross country trips. I liked that I could make my own appointment online with no fuss and the price was very reasonable.

Cory is knowledgeable, efficient, and trustworthy. I was quoted an insanely high price by a chain auto shop and made the decision to take my car elsewhere. My fiancée brought her car in a couple months ago and had a wonderful experience which is what brought me in. He explained everything thoroughly, asked clear and concise questions without talking down to me. I will be back and recommend anyone with car issues his way!

Frequently Asked Questions About Olson Auto Repairs LLC

Why do you charge for running diagnostics?

Diagnostic fees are necessary to cover the time, specialized equipment, and expertise required to accurately identify the root cause of vehicle issues. Our trained technicians use their years of experience to go beyond simply reading error codes, ensuring a thorough and precise diagnosis of your vehicle's problems. This also gives our technicians the opportunity to thoroughly assess the situation, ensuring that we provide the correct repair on the first attempt, every time.

How often should I get my oil changed?

We recommend following the oil change schedule outlined in your vehicle's owner's manual. Modern engines and oils have made the traditional '3,000 miles' rule outdated. For instance, synthetic oils can extend the interval between oil changes to 7,500 miles or more, depending on your specific vehicle and driving conditions.
