- CSCorey StedmanJan 2, 20262.0The chargers are good, the people using it are selfish... This station should ONLY be for 30min charging, not 3hours+. I had less than 5% and everyone else had over 50% and they wanted me to beg and plead with them to get 10min of charge so I can get home to white plains. Needless to say I wasn't going to do that and I got my 10min and went about my way. The issue is all these taxis from the city, specifically the fisker oceans (which have solar panels on their roofs which are constantly charging) take up the chargers for 2 3 hours then go back into the city, blocking Westchester residents. This isn't right, especially when people with low charge (like less than 10%) should be prioritized over those with over 50/60%. This is obviously a short term bandaid, the real solution is that every stripmall all along central ave should have EVgo and Electrify America fast charging stations to prevent these issues.

No wonder rental car companies are pushing them…Electric car are the best but to wait for hours at a public charging station is torture. The customers are usually to have a system of first come first served…one of these days, there will be a problem because this company has not thought of the details to please. They just take the money. The System should be better. No one should spend 2 or 3 hours to charge a car.
- IGIra GershenhornJul 14, 20242.0I charged at Ruxandra using the CHAdeMo connector at 12:30 on 7/13/2024. Marked as 50kw, it charged at 8kw. That charger has a broken CCS connector. All the other spots were taken by people sleeping in their cars. The charger is located in a shopping center where all the stores were closed and it was totally dead.
