  Absolutely terrible parking garage. It is very confusing once you drive in as there are no attendants to assist despite “valet parking.” There was one attendant sitting in an office who didn’t come out until I circled back around since I didn’t know where to go. Got out of the car to ask for assistance. Texted ten minutes ahead in the morning to request my car and received a message back stating what is my plate number, model of car as there is no info to retrieve it. Once I took the elevator down, there was a flood and lots of water coming down from the ceiling. This was very frightening and potentially dangerous. Finally, when it was time to get my car, one of the attendants told me that he had no info on my car and was then trying to give me a visual explanation by showing me his phone. I informed the attendant that I didn’t have the time for an explanation and just needed my car. Once we walked to find my car, both of the attendants couldn’t locate my key fob. One attendant also asked whether I have a black Audi. Not sure where this came from since I had told both that it was a jeep. The attendants were totally incompetent and need to be trained better especially if they “offer valet parking” for non monthly reservations. I wouldn’t recommend parking here unless you aren’t in a rush and know that it could be quite difficult and stressful in retrieving your car.

  Truly awful parking experience. Living at 55 Bank St is amazing but the parking situation is bad enough where I’d recommend anyone look to live somewhere else. I routinely am unable to get my car from the valet because they forget to send me my ticket, I get told that I need to take an Uber to work because their lift is broken and cannot get my car down, and have even hit my car! If possible, do not give this place your business

  If there is a worse garage on planet earth I certainly hope not to ever find myself there. While the garage staff works as hard as they can. The garage management company sets the employees up for failure, constantly understaffing the place. Over the year we’ve lived here the time it takes to get our cars out of the garage has increased, now often times taking 1 hour. When brining the cars back, it’s taken about 30 minutes to drop the car off. More common than getting your car on time is the discussion with someone else’s waiting that they’re moving out of the building due to the pathetic garage management. For the price we pay in this garage you would expect high end service, however at this point it’s probably faster to walk someplace than use your own vehicle. We’ve heard every excuse in the book, mostly that they’ve been waiting for a magical part from china that’s going to fix all of the problems since last summer. With any luck Santa Claus will drop it down the elevator shaft next Christmas.

  This is a valet garage. My claim was denied, they also do not have any security cameras where the cars are parked. No one has been able to assist with fixing my car
