  Absolutely terrible parking garage. It is very confusing once you drive in as there are no attendants to assist despite “valet parking.” There was one attendant sitting in an office who didn’t come out until I circled back around since I didn’t know where to go. Got out of the car to ask for assistance. Texted ten minutes ahead in the morning to request my car and received a message back stating what is my plate number, model of car as there is no info to retrieve it. Once I took the elevator down, there was a flood and lots of water coming down from the ceiling. This was very frightening and potentially dangerous. Finally, when it was time to get my car, one of the attendants told me that he had no info on my car and was then trying to give me a visual explanation by showing me his phone. I informed the attendant that I didn’t have the time for an explanation and just needed my car. Once we walked to find my car, both of the attendants couldn’t locate my key fob. One attendant also asked whether I have a black Audi. Not sure where this came from since I had told both that it was a jeep. The attendants were totally incompetent and need to be trained better especially if they “offer valet parking” for non monthly reservations. I wouldn’t recommend parking here unless you aren’t in a rush and know that it could be quite difficult and stressful in retrieving your car.

  Valet service, staff is amazing and super friendly. They’ve gotten so much better than it was a year ago. It used to take an extra 15-20 minutes to get my car after requesting it but they’ve gotten much better. Now I request my car through the app 10 minutes before I need my Car and my car ready for me when I get to the garage.

  Mark Henderson of SP+ at 57 bank street, goes above and beyond On my most stressful day caused by a family emergency, he assured me eveything would be ok and assisted me with getting my newborn out of my car. Thanks Mark for your service and to the rest of the SP+ team for being amazing… Appreciate everything you guys do.

  This is a valet garage. My claim was denied, they also do not have any security cameras where the cars are parked. No one has been able to assist with fixing my car

  This is a Valet only Service Garage. They have Lifts and for Private Spaces if you choose to park your own. Very nice guys work a lot of busy Residents as now it is 55-57 Bank Apartments. Manager, Cory, is very good at helping if you have a problem. 4 Stars due to the Ceiling particles and Dust getting onto your Car all the time. Thinking of getting a Cover. It is super crowded when everyone comes home like 4-6. The line goes up the hill to enter the garage. Some just leave their car and walk away. Thats when Valet has to step in. I found a hack to no longer be in that line* I dont have any problems with Management or Valet. I finally got my own Space and park my own car. Is it more then it used to be, yes, but since the Residency is separate from the Garage, just like everything else here, spend the money or look around for better parking and less cost.
