I would rate them a Zero if I could. They took No Accountability and when I asked to see their security cameras, they said simply, “we don’t have cameras.” How convenient. The Manager even said people complain about things like this all the time. I asked him, then why wouldn’t you install cameras to protect yourselves from wrongful accusations. He replied, “because we’re not a cash business so we don’t need them.” I would NEVER recommend them to anyone I care about.
