However, after that they told me to keep waiting and let a guy who wasn’t even in line go ahead of me. That was very frustrating and unfair. The car wash itself was done by an automatic machine, and afterward the hand wipe was poorly done — pretty much the same quality as most other places. Overall, the service and line management were disappointing.
