- PSParvinder SinghJan 4, 20262.0Open parking lots are not maintained that well specially during winters. They do plough the snow but the mess they leave behind makes it virtually impossible to pull the car out unless you spend hours shovelling the snow which surrounds your car. No evident salt on the path as well which made walk very slippery too. Considering the parking rates ($15 per day), they should do better. Do yourself a favour and park in garage which is $22 per day.

Instead of letting us out first, the very first thing they did was charge us. A long line of cars formed behind us, and everyone had to stand out in the snow, first to pay, and then to wait for someone to manually open the gate. It was completely unacceptable and incredibly unprofessional.
