- MSMichael SmithDec 19, 20251.0Besides the tight parking spots the signage is horrible. I couldnt exit lot at first because the gate at the exit vouldnt/wouldn't read my credit card. So I had to back up and find another card reading machine which was 2 levels lower and then find my way back to original machine at the exit. Will never park in this garage again. Stress nit worth the $5 fee

This is the second time this has happened to me in the few weeks I've been parking in this garage. There is no one to reach out to and no on at the garage to assist. Im reading the reviews and it seems like this happens often, what the heck.. How is this not fixed and why are you allowed to operate like this?

Did not see any security guards in any corner or location until students were dismissed all of sudden around 5 of them appeared. The parking pay meters to exit were not working, and the machine did not return my ticket. After an attendant appeared 10 min later it took 20 min for the people at the call center to assist, they wanted to charge me 28 dollars for a whole days parking I was there 1 hr only after the attendant assisted me they charged me for 1:30! It took me 30 min to resolve the issue and they charged me. What a Scam!
