  I had the unfortunate experience of having my vehicle stolen & did not want the liability of having it stolen again after it was repaired so I was in the market for a "new" vehicle. I ended up going to Cortese Ford after finding a vehicle on-line that I was interested in. David & the team at Cortese were very helpful & understanding of my situation. I was able to test drive & purchase my new vehicle in only a couple of days.

  Recently, I had a recall on my 2024 F150. Cortese Ford order the parts, contacted me to let me know the parts were in and completed the recall in a timely fashion. They also provided me with a loaner car so that I wouldn’t be inconvenienced for the five hours it took to do the job. I appreciate all they did for me and the truck is running fine thank you.

  Horrible experience they told me one price of 500 for the part then when. They service my car it was over a thousand dollars got my car in shop Thursday they called me at the end of business saying they order the wrong part and it was going to cost more and they will have it ready for me on Friday waited all day Friday and nobody called me went down there Saturday they said they guy not in till Monday so I went almost a eeek without my car had to wait till Monday evening for my car and still pay over a thousand dollars they were unprofessional

  Poor customer service The financial manager was very short patient and unfriendl he said I needed more money down to get financed for the vehicle I want it he told me to come up with the money or he's not going any further I could have came up with the other money I was just trying to ask questions about the terms of the deal with the additional money down and when I did he about the terms and conditions he has the original price of the car on the paper that he brought up the first time when he didn't think I had the money down I asked him what was the payment he said oops this is the wrong payment came back with a inflated the price of 1500 and 378 in fee on the the vehicle I know you have the approval in his hand the first time he just didn't think I could come up with the money and the way he said either you come out with the rest of the money or I'm not going any further on the deal was just rude and unprofessional he act like he didn't even want me in his presents I'm not going to pull the race card but the way he handled me in that situation was very suspect 😞
