- AKA KOct 25, 20241.0Incredibly rude and unprofessional staff. Overwhelmingly unhelpful and will make it sound like any issue is on the customer without trying to assist and resolve the problem. Recommend anyone to find a parking lot with actual customer service even if it costs more.

Emailed customer care and no response. Very strict rules and regulations and WILL charge you around $20 if you break them. Only go to this place if it is your last resort.
