  Do you know that the staff in this parking lot are really rude and every time they park and pick up the car they are insulted and they will find every reason to refuse and insult you and attack you with discriminatory language is there no training in such a big company? Is there no etiquette? Can't the staff be patient? As a monthly renter, every time I have to bother the management to pick up the car, he is so reluctant and impatient. I paid OK. I really wish someone could manage the staff of this place and at least let them know that discrimination is a crime in the United States

  I have been a monthly customer here since mid-January 2021 and have had some pleasant and no so pleasant experiences here. Most recently, had a vehicle in a white lane blocking me in (which if this is the case, you speak to an attendant to shift the vehicles around), I speak to an attendant in the booth and he directs me to one of the others on the floor. I flag down another "gentleman" for better use of words and mention the lane number and how another vehicle is blocking me in and how I am not in a rush. He proceeds to berate me to not park there and points to cones! I tell the "gentleman" that the vehicle is for leisure and it only moves once maybe twice a week and I have been parking there since January with no issues from other attendants. He gets louder and proceeds to say I said don't park there with a visible attitude, arms flailing and all...as if I am a child and not spending $200+ a month for the companies services. He finally locates the correct keys and allows me to move my vehicle but, not before becoming nasty, almost belligerent and using a loud tone. Uncalled for! I proceed to speak to a female manager on duty concerning what just occurred. I work in public service as well and there is generally a mutual respect given in these situations. She cordially explained to me that they have an influx of vehicles from workers of a company that just occupied the building and how the cones were setup to sort of save those spaces for them. There were no posted notices or any formal explanation of this situation prior to this specific conversation and if the attendant that reluctantly said his name was "Jim" would have simply explained that, we would not be having this issue. I graciously thanked her but, it isnt a wonder why patrons become aggressive or physically violent for something that could have been easily explained, notices posted or placed on vehicles, etc. Poor customer service from that fellow! Truly a shame and has me reconsidering parking my vehicle here.

  The attendant on the bottom level failed to do his job. He had the keys in hand to move another patron's car that was blocking me in. Instead of moving the car because he did not want to be bothered to do his job. He had me squeeze through and navigate between cars to leave the facility. Nasty attitude and demeanor.
