I had to wait more than 30 mins, and they denied to proceed the process. Also. Even though I booked until 11:30, they enforced me to take my car before than that.

When I went to pick up the car, five hours later, they told me I was three hours late, and charged me $66 extra! Their online booking system made the mistake of only scheduling me for a two hour stay, even though I had put in for five hours. Funny thing, the all - day price was $28. And so, they charge me $66 extra, which is the three hour walk-up price, to get my car out. No discussion allowed. If you want to be ripped off, this is the place!. Good luck!
