The valet service was smooth, the garage was clean, and they were able to accommodate oversized vehicles like my Jeep Grand Cherokee without any issues. They also accept electric cars, including Teslas, which is a big plus. Overall, a great find and a hassle‑free experience. Note: They do charge Oversized vehicle fee such as $15.

Access was very easy, price was reasonable and paid ahead of time, valet was simple, and exit was easy at end of reservation. Only issue we experience was accessing the garage from Brookfield Place wasn’t working with ParkMobile phone code at end of reservation. Overall, highly recommended parking via ParkMobile, or same day. Prices were reasonable regardless. Our car was also well taken care of, no damage or any issues.
