The guy running the garage is horrible. Their credit card reader wasn’t working and he was very mean to my fiance who is a nurse nearby and didn’t have cash on her. Basically held the car hostage even though she offered to pay multiple different ways and she had to make her colleagues leave their shift at the hospital so she could get home. This garage doesn’t support healthcare workers

The parking attendant was clearly stressed about me showing up in the morning as an hourly customer rather than a monthly customer. Instead of saying they didn’t have space or telling me to park somewhere else (plenty of other lots in the area) he decided to make his stress my problem. Instead he acted like I was a huge inconvenience for daring to try and give them money for the privilege of parking there.
Other things he got upset at me about were: 1. I took more than two minutes to collect my belongings from my car, as he stood over me waiting. Most parking lots give you oh, at least a couple minutes to get your stuff before leaving your car. Heaven forbid.
2. I didn’t read his mind and understand he wanted me to pull my car up and off to the left before turning it off. Instead of asking me to do that, he just got aggravated and acted like a jerk about it.
3. When I came back to pick up my car I had the audacity to ask him to repeat himself when he mumbled “credit card” at me. Terrible of me, I know.
Free tip: if you don’t want hourly customers, put out your sign saying that. I saw you have one. Just put it out.
Another free tip: instead of acting like a rude jerk towards a pregnant lady just trying to get to a doctor’s appointment while it’s snowing, it is actually possible to use words to express thoughts and feelings in a calm manner. Worth a try next time.

Was a little nervous since this is a self service parking lot. There was ample parking and check out goes right to your credit card. I would have given 5 stars except the credit card reader doesn’t work well. The attendant however, was on top of it and was able to get it to work in seconds.
