(Left it at 9:30 came back at 12:30ish), and the attendant that returned my car that was borderline racing it reminded me why I hate these parking lots so much. The rates need to be clarified, there was another lady there complaining about an $80 dollar charge and when she pointed out the signs at the entrance state a different rate she was being charged at the attendant simply stated, "those signs are wrong". Last I understood that is false advertisement and I'm pretty sure it's frowned upon by NYC Gov. Please, save yourself the trouble. Leave your house with enough time, do whatever you can but please avoid all +SP Parkings, including this one.

By the time the attendant got to me it was 9:05 and since he spoke no English, he could not understand why I needed the ticket adjusted. I got so frustrated, I pulled out and went to another garage! The woman behind me ...complained of same issue!!- since then I spoke with Maria from mgt. She was very understanding, professional and will rectify the situation. I believe in second chances and will be returning!

This past Saturday after just returning from buying a brand new car (literally 60 miles one it) and wanting to park it overnight, this idiot attendant decided to put his camera on the hood of my car. This after just taking photos of the vehicle for scratches and of course leaves a mark on the car. Most of the doctors and nurses from New York Presbyterian park their cars here, so you would think they would know how to handle vehicles with care. It's mind blowing to me how stupid this guy was to do something like this to a brand new car. Save yourself some hassle and go to Icon Parking on Gold Street down the block. You will get much better customer service and they will handle your car with care. They also create a traffic backup on Beekman Street which then causes non-stop beeping every morning and also blocks the fire truck from ladder 6 from getting out. Place should be shut down.
