  I would give zero stars if that was an option. I reserved twice here in the past few weeks on SpotHero and both times then when I showed up for my reservation, the parking attendant turns me away and says there’s no room for my car. As I’m backing out, he makes a gesture for me to tip him and then he would take my car, but I left and called SpotHero- they upgraded me at a nicer nearby garage for no extra charge, they also recommended that I report the garage to 311 for false advertising (saying there are spots open when there aren’t) and unethical business practices, both of which I will be doing.

  Unethical. Parked there, attendant took my phone number. I told him I would be an hour so keep it close. He said “you take care of me I’ll take care of you”. I tipped him. Came back for my car 45 minutes later. He texted the wrong number to begin the parking. He didn’t know how to fix it and release my car, so he calls his supervisor. The supervisors walks over from another garage a few blocks away. He uses the experience to train the attendant on how to handle it. I get my car back finally and leave. Then get an email later with the parking fee which is for 1 hour and 1 minute. So I got charged for a 2nd hour of parking because of their incompetence.$50 to park for 45 minutes. Exactly what gives New York such a bad name! and wasted time.

  They stole my money. I prepaid and the terrible human didn’t accept my car. I was late to a meeting and had to pay twice. Terrible terrible. Park anywhere else

  I entered the lot. Attendant waved at me to stop. He asks how long I plan on staying. I said 2 hours. He said there wasn't space. I said ok and as I was about to reverse out he says he'll take my vehicle. He informs me that my minivan will incur an oversized fee of $15 and the total for two hours is $90. I said ok. He produces a parking ticket and says he didn't charge the oversize fee. He tells me to tip him well 3 times as I'm walking out of the garage. When I return he rings me up and reminds me he did not charge me $15 oversize fee. I pay by card and ask him to break a $20 bill. He says he has no cash to break the $20 and goes to get my car. Upon return he asks how much change I want from the $20. I say $10 which he gives me.
