- COC ODec 20, 20251.0SCAM. They let you pre-pay to reserve a spot, when you arrive they claim there's no room. Tell you to call the number on the website, however nobody ever answers.

I reserved twice here in the past few weeks on SpotHero and both times then when I showed up for my reservation, the parking attendant turns me away and says there’s no room for my car. As I’m backing out, he makes a gesture for me to tip him and then he would take my car, but I left and called SpotHero- they upgraded me at a nicer nearby garage for no extra charge, they also recommended that I report the garage to 311 for false advertising (saying there are spots open when there aren’t) and unethical business practices, both of which I will be doing.
- JDJim dragovichJul 23, 20251.0Unethical. Parked there, attendant took my phone number. I told him I would be an hour so keep it close. He said “you take care of me I’ll take care of you”. I tipped him. Came back for my car 45 minutes later. He texted the wrong number to begin the parking. He didn’t know how to fix it and release my car, so he calls his supervisor. The supervisors walks over from another garage a few blocks away. He uses the experience to train the attendant on how to handle it. I get my car back finally and leave. Then get an email later with the parking fee which is for 1 hour and 1 minute. So I got charged for a 2nd hour of parking because of their incompetence.$50 to park for 45 minutes. Exactly what gives New York such a bad name! and wasted time.
