- MWMatthew WassermanDec 26, 20251.0I would never recommend this parking garage. For daily use, you have to drive up to the rooftop. The lane to get to that 5th floor is a tight radius, winding, single car width, but two-way traffic. They have a red light/green light system telling you when you can go up or down like it's a water slide; however, their own staff don't even follow it. Halfway up, you have to back up down the ramp because someone is going down at the wrong time. While I was told to go down and had a green light, the other direction had one too. Regardless of the oncoming traffic on a one-car lane, the lane is so narrow. They have construction scaffolding up on the turns, so you'll need to do a k-turn or two just to continue driving around the turn. Once you get to the top floor, you'll find an incredibly packed parking lot. It was designed for around 25 cars, but they crammed about 40 in there. It took 17 minutes for them to retrieve our car because they had to move SEVEN cars first. It was like the puzzle Rush Hour. Even the staff member complained about how awful the lot is. To make it all worse, about two hours after dropping the car off and agreeing to an $85 fee (which is outrageous!!!) we get a text saying there will be an "oversized vehicle fee" of $40. So it cost $125 for us to park for less than 5 hours.

- SMStephen MontiDec 13, 20251.0Terrible experience all around. You drive in and have to drive up five narrow floors. The attendant just left a car in the middle of the path and then incorrectly guided me causing $1000s in damages. When I spoke to the manager, he was super rude and refused to help in anyway. Police came to assess the situation and he pretended to be willing to cooperate. After they left he refused to give any information and said the police would back him up. I called them back over and he claimed he was getting the information together then gave BS information that won’t be helpful in any way . No one tells you where to go to pick up your car. If you ask, they still don’t tell you.
