- MBMichael BarbuckNov 7, 20251.0Absolutely horrendous experience here. I use a lot of parking garages and this is BY FAR the worst there is. First of all, $96 to park for 3 hours is robbery. $6 service fee for what exactly? I drove my car up to the 5th floor, paid for it on the website, and then had to take the elevator up there and drive it back down. Staff is either rude or clueless, take your pick. I asked them a simple question of “Do I go back upstairs to drive it back down?” One of the guys said “I don’t know, ask him”. The next guy I ask blew me off and didn’t answer my question. Instead he just walked away. I will go out of my way to never park here again.

On top of being ridiculously overpriced, I was charged twice for fees and taxes. The rates state that taxes and fees are included, however, I paid over $14 dollars more in taxes and fees on top of the rate provided. The poor attendant was clueless. It's giving scammy. Also, you can barely open your doors to get out. I've never complained about a parking garage until now.

- CSChris StalloneAug 19, 20251.0If i could give 0 stars i would this location is a joke the management had no idea how to handle an irate customer and on top of that the pricing is ridiculously higher then any other metropolis in nyc. Stay clear of this location i was charged $114.66 for 4 hours with a minivan. The most i was ever charged at any other locations was $70 to $80 dollars and i was there way longer then 4 hours. Theres another parking garage on 36th street they have better pricing and an earlybird special use them instead of these crooks. Also dont talk to the one manager who looks indian he will get upset with you for voicing your concern then corner you in the elevator like he wants to fight you completly unprofessional and should be fired immediately before he causes a lawsuit.
