- ESE S3Sep 17, 20251.0Poor customer service! There is zero communication! If the lot is full there should be a better way to communicate that rather than finding out after you drove out of your way. If you’re accepting pre-payments for spots, then you should honor those pre-payments.

Very convenient but upon picking up my car the attendant was very rude, nasty and overly aggressive with me about the process to request my car for pickup. I had never had to utilize a website to request my car to be picked up and the attendant couldn't even walk me through the process. He was just being very overly aggressive. Like I should know what I need to do to in order to get my car he is not a great representative in a customer service facing role. Instead of easily walking me through the process all he kept saying is he ain't get the text. He ain't get no text so he can't help me. He don't know what to do. I will also be filing a complaint with the corporate entity.

Perfect parking lot to go right across the street to Little Island and City Winery I didn't get the young lady's name but she was very polite and helpful. She made parking there very delightful. I highly recommend and definitely will park here again. Thank you ! ✌️
