- JLJon Luca LombardiNov 10, 20251.0It’d be zero if I could and I haven’t even picked up my car yet. Walked in to rude workers rushing me out of my vehicle, to see they want to charge $51 for 1 hour. This garage is servicing MSK Cancer center, and is located directly next door yet don’t validate parking. Upon asking, MSK themselves verify that the garage won’t work with them further proving their predatory practices. They treat customer vehicles like garbage and charge $100s of dollars for mere hours of parking for people battling cancer. Even if you’re not parking here for MSK don’t give them your business, their practices are predatory and dishonest.

I turned on my signal to turn into the garage and one of the valet guys felt I cut him off when in reality there was just bad traffic. Before I could explain myself or the sensitive reason for my visit, the man yelled at me using curse words and told me he wouldn’t park my car here. I had to go somewhere else and was late for my appointment. Other staff members seemed to think the interaction was amusing and were laughing.
