After the show, we used a car request link in the text message they sent at check-in to retrieve the car and stayed indoors. After the confirmation message, we came and picked up the car without delay.

Dropping off the car was fine but when we return to pick it up, we did as they Said and called for our car through the app along with paying through the app. We waited for over an hour and a half for the car along with several other people waiting as long or longer. I had to ask several times how much longer for my vehicle. I would not recommend parking here. They seem short staffed.
