  Went to Costco with my husband for less than two hours and was charged 12 dollars when the going Rate on the sign says 8 dollars for up to 2 hours after 2 hours its supposed to be 12 dollars and so on. This garage charged 12 dollars automatically and its a total headache to get out of the garage stalling at the pay area. Then the garage "attendant" comes over and I told him the sign says 8 dollars before the 2 hour mark and the man just keeps repeating two hours 12 dollars. Not even answering my question he barely spoke English and I was in a rental that needed to be returned so I had no time to argue. But I should of read these reviews first but now I know they're neither showing responsibility for car vandalism within their business nor HONORING THE GOING HOURLY RATE. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! Its a shame that a business in harlem gets to operate in this manner they should be reported to the BBB!

  The price for parking keeps going up here. I pay for a monthly membership at the gym AND a yearly membership for Costco at East River Plaza and to have to pay over $12 to pull into the parking lot is exorbitant and offensive at this point. In addition to the price this lot is always filthy, has zero security and there are always suspicious types hanging out on the different floors. Doesn’t surprise me at all that people’s cars are being broken in to or damaged. I would never even think to park my car here overnight. People who pay for retail memberships at this location should not have to pay full price for parking.

  Lived here for years and pay for parking when need but have never paid over $12. Even street parking is cheaper. In addition, they were no signs of notification of fee scale, additional fees or taxes posted prior to entering garage. So once you enter you are trapped. Very grimy. Never again. Will walk or drive north.

  Ever since this parking location has been with Metropolis parking, it’s has been a nightmare trying to actually leave the parking lot. There’s ALWAYS an issue, which causes a back up and delay in cars being able to just simply “drive out” like their signs falsely claim. Plus, their rate sign says $8 and change for up to 2 hours, but really it’s over $12 with their extra “processing fee”— just ridiculous 🙄.
