The place was closed at 3AM and no one aswered the phone. I had to wait an additional 3 hours for the garage to open and they wanted me to pay the additional 3 hours. This place is predatory and deceptive.

I was forced to fill out a long form via a link to request my car, eventhough I was standing next to it. Attendants were slow and showed ZERO interest in customer service. NEVER park there!!!
