- JOJon OnTheBeat6 days ago1.0Charles or whatever the manager's name is, he crashed a white car on New Years in the garage and asked me to keep my mouth shut. There were two workers. I gave them tips for the new year as well and made a joke that life happens. They did not report that accident, it turns out. I am a monthly here, my car got crashed and scratched more than multiple times when I first got my new car parked here over 2 years ago. I cannot forget because they did not compensate anything. This morning, the manager Charles, with glasses and Indian descent, pretends that he does not know me or what my car was. He does that every time I see him. This time at least he talked to me but usually he ignores me and let his 'boys' do the work while he sits inside the office. He shouted and cussed at me today for me being genuinely frustrated about his demeanor when I pointed out that he never acknowledges me in a professional manner.

But we did eventually get in and was a half block to MSG. They have a text system to text them to start unblocking your car and bringing it up before you arrive. But I forgot to do it so it took 10 mins to un bury my car. All in all a good experience. Wanted to post here because I did read some of the other reviews and was worried. In my experience it was all good.
