  This place is using their own app in parallel to spothero so they are abusing the system; they charge you an additional amount almost equivalent to what you have already paid to spot hero. They told us the app is to request your car and we had no indication in spot hero or by the staff that they will charge us extra. You basically are charged twice and when you are picking up the car they have your key obviously so you basically have no option but to pay the extra unexplained charge and get your car.

  This place is poorly managed is ridiculous. I had a reservation and when I pulled into the garage they refused to take my car because the lot was full. What’s the point of having a reservation if you are just going to overbook and turn people away. The the attendant has the audacity to get mad at me, should be mad at your management not the paying customers.

  We liked this place because we got a good deal on daily parking, but 1 guy named Jose always gives us a hard time and tries to charge us extra for having an oversized vehicle. We are never charged this fee by anyone else here or by other parking garages. He always gives us a hard time, argues with us, and is disrespectful. Today was the last straw
