Chaos and Damage! Friday, September 18th we show up to pick up our car, unfortunately we didn't have our ticket. The female manager recognized me and remembered me dropping the car off, however, she at first refuses to release the car, she finally relented and asked for a drivers license and copy of registration, which we had. 45 minutes later they find the car and bring it up, in this time the garage is chaos with half a dozen people pacing and wanting their cars, 3 people go to the key cabinet and grab their keys, however, the car park attendant left a car at the entrance to the garage and it blocked the exit. The attendant moves cars and a couple pull out in their deep hunter green Mercedes GLE and promptly hit a black Range Rover, the female manager, saw the whole thing, goes over, inspects both cars, then let's the couple leave, no report, no insurance or note left for the damaged car owner (see photo of damage - its extensive). Unbelievable! Everyone who witnessed it was in shock. We finally demand our car as we were first in line, my husband blocked the manager from moving a car off the elevator, she waves a stick with a key on it and says something about our key and the attendant. The attendant asks if we provided documents, we say yes as we had with the manager, he's confused and goes to help a Zip-Car renter, we get in our car and drive out with the attendant yelling at us. So unprofessional, so crazy, we will never go back to this garage and I'm sure we're not wanted, works for us! Note to the owner of the black Range Rover, we will testify on your behalf if the garage refuses to acknowledge and pay for the damage. If they try and pull the "we're not responsible, its noted on your ticket" that's BS, they failed to use reasonable care with your car and they are liable. Be sure to get your car fixed right, no bondo, get the rear panel completely replaced. P.S. Both attendants weren't wearing masks!
