It was very cold, making my child catch a cold. They didn't give me my car keys until the police arrived. I will file a complaint through my lawyer.

I had a full day reservation and got in a couple minutes after my reservation ended and they charged me $60 extra (mind you it took them 30 minutes to figure out how to charge me).

This place is a disaster and ruined my afternoon work schedule. Never again.
