- DPDominic Potato6 days ago3.0Took my tip and then buried my car 20 deep unbelievable and be aware that place has one elevator going up and one down and there small so be ready to wait and sweat waiting for your car check your car before you leave

No one informed me there are hours of operations, you cannot get your car until 6am. Customer support was no help, calling twice before someone told me the garage isn’t open. Will be late for my next appointment over not informing the customer or helping her out.

- EKErin KJun 29, 20251.0I don't see how garages like these can accept reservations in advance and then just fill up and turn you away when you show up at the reserved time. At least SpotHero was able to find me another garage in the area, but I had specifically picked this one because of its proximity to where we were going with our disabled child. So we had to walk farther, and less safely, down a busy Times Square avenue than we had planned -‐ all because this garage apparently doesn't understand what "reservation" means. Zero stars, can't recommend (but thanks to SpotHero for making it right).

I made a reservation online for 4 hours 2-6pm paid 37$ but when we got there it was 20 minutes earlier for a show. Attended did not inform us when we left that they would charge extra on top of payment I made. Upon pick up at 6 rude attendant charged an additional &57 on top of my $37 for arriving a few minutes earlier. Then when asked to speak to supervisor her refused to give a name or his name and told us to call a phone number that states we cannot take calls leave a message. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. DO NOT PARK HERE. A RIP OFF
