  I am a monthly tenant at West 52 St in Manhattan. EVERY moring about 6AM when I go there, an employee by the name of Paul or Patrick gets out of his car; honks his horn to get my attention to whine abd complain about how he hates his job. His rants are against his boss; his collegues and each time I tell him I am a twnant and have nothing to do with it-he never listens. Yesterday, he wanted me to wake him up in his car when a customer comes in.

  I made a reservation earlier for this parking facility. I pull up and the attendant tells me the computers are not working. I told him what are you talking about. I already paid for the spot 3 days ago. He goes no, you have to leave. So I leave and scramble to find another parking space. Fast forward the following week, I booked a spot again. I pull in and see the same attendant. The attendant did not like our interaction last time and started giving me attitude and running his mouth at me. The attendant, older gentlemen that is there in the mornings, should be avoided at all cost. His communication and customer service skills are poor.

  The parking attendant here midday is awful. Took a good 5 minutes to check in the car in front of me, and then proceeded to start schmoozing with the guy. When I asked him if he could please check me in, because I had an appointment, he caught an attitude and told me he was “very busy”. I used to park here all the time to go to MSK…never again.

  I prepaid parking before I decided to drive down to NYC. I got there and the guy refused to let me in. Highly recommend the garage on 68th and 2nd instead. Pleasant and very helpful unlike SP+. Last time I will use.
