- VMVictor MJan 2, 20262.0Confusing and lengthy system. Be ready for a mini presentation of how to use the app which took up so much time. The communication took 7 minutes once I arrived, even after I prepaid on ParkWhiz. Very nice guy but during the AM rush, this was stressful.

EVERY moring about 6AM when I go there, an employee by the name of Paul or Patrick gets out of his car; honks his horn to get my attention to whine abd complain about how he hates his job. His rants are against his boss; his collegues and each time I tell him I am a twnant and have nothing to do with it-he never listens. Yesterday, he wanted me to wake him up in his car when a customer comes in.
- EREric RosascoJun 23, 20211.0My wife is a patient at MSK and we were told that they offer 40% off for patients. Drove up and was asked for reservation, which I didn’t have. The attendant parked my car and when I pocked it up they charged $45. I asked if that included the 40% off snd he said yes. Next appointment, I made a reservation with S&P parking for $25 for the same amount of time on the same day of the week. When I presented the printed payment, we which was for more time than I needed, the attendant said that it didn’t work when he scanned it. Then he said that it would be $15 more for an oversized vehicle. I showed him that I had already paid the surcharge. He argued with me for 1/2 hour and finally took a photo of my license snd my cellphone number. We called S&P customer service and was told that they would follow up with us. They never did. So the garage lies to Memorial Sloan Kettering about offering a discount for cancer patients, they do not honor reservations and the abuse their customers. Never park here, there a 5 garages within a block that will treat you better.
