- LLLok Ching LiJan 4, 20261.0I made a reservation on Spothero at this location. Arrived at my destination on time...at the entrance the attendant refused my entry and said the lot is full. No apology. No accountability. Park somewhere else, please. I found parking near by.

My car is bigger than a Honda Civic so I know it’s “oversized.” They had my car ready for me each time before I got there. The second time I was there a minute and a half before the reservation. They didn’t try to charge me for that. They didn’t try to charge me for extra fees. Yes, it is outrageously expensive but the parking meters outside are $.25 for every two minutes. What can you do?
