    A nightmare. There were about 3 different incidents in 1 reservation. First, as soon as you enter they read your plates and start charging you. There can be 5 cars ahead of you and take them 30 mins to get to you. 2. Staff are extremely rude and incompetent. No one wants to be there and that’s exactly how they treat you. But the biggest problem is when I dropped my car off I left the keys in the middle console, when they returned the car on and running I assumed they were there as you can’t start the car unless the keys are within close proximity with the sensor. 15 mins into my drive to New Jersey, I start getting an alert that it can’t detect keys. After a 12 hr work day I am livid!!! I pull over and call to keep from paying another set of tolls $22 Tunnel + $9 congestion fee… they tell me to check my windshield!!!!!! 😡 excuse me!?!?!? The keys were in the corner of the windshield trapped in between the hood! My house keys, home & work fobs, and an Audi sensor key with a unique chip! Left in the corner of my windshield. The negligence is disgusting because I obviously can’t see that from behind the dash. Absolutely unbelievable!!!!!!

    INTENTARON CLONARME LAS TARJETAS, no paguen con tarjeta si saca el celular para cobrar, paguen en efectivo que de hecho te cobran lo que quieren, ni un ticket ni nada te dan Te hacen preguntas tratando de sacarte información para poder usar las tarjetas

    I reserved a parking spot on Spot Hero and was denied access by the employees of the garage because they were full. Terrible customer service

    Only if I could give them negative rating. I cannot believe how rude the staff for this parking is. They started yelling at us to move the car when their own system broke as the gates were not opening even when they tried to but even then no apologies just continued yelling.

    This place is a scam. Charges you more when you pick up your car. Won't release until you pay. Do not go here!
