As we were parked directly across from ABC studios and attend a recording of a show which they suggested it would be 4 hours long ( so we gave our estimated time to the car park). Unfortunately the show ran over 30 minutes but thought that should be fine as we actually paid for 12 hours! That was to be an assumption that would cost us a further $15 to get our car from Edison ParkFast! On arrival to pick up our car the attendant informed us we owed a further $15 for our late estimated time! He told us the money had to be paid even though it was a 12 hours package! Don’t give an “estimated time” but tell them it’s 12 hours after your arrival.
