  Easy in easy out Staff were nice and polite when dropping off and picking up Took a couple minutes to wait for them to bring the car down mind you they have to walk up each ramp to get your car and very polite when they scan your ticket n tell you how to get out etc Highly recommend this garage

  The guy managing in the parking area was very rude and inconsiderate. We had a physically challenged person and though there was a handicapped parking in the 1st floor he did not allow me to park there. And it's a scam as if we want to exit the building they're are holding us back until you pay even though we did not park there. It's a scam Moreover he was sweating in Spanish which we did not understand, not recommended this place at all

  This is a very convenient place to park in the city, particularly if coming in from NJ. It has exits on to W43rd and W44th, so easy to go in the direction you need without having to go “round the block”. Really friendly staff.

  The parking experience was good, it was valet and the system for checking in and out was comprehensive and fast. We also had an oversized vehicle and while we did have to pay more, there were no issues and they manuevered our suburban well

  Booked a 12-hour day parking so me and my girlfriend could check out the city for christmas. It was $50 which i guess was fine since it’s NYC. When i got there, QR code took several tries for the kiosk to recognise it, eventually it worked after a few minutes. The valet came out of a random corner of the parking garage and hurried us out of the car, mumbling and barely speaking english. He then took pics of my car and another one then rushed into my car and flew up the parking garage in it (all on dash cam…) He then continued to gas it in drive and reverse then ultimately found where he was going to park and started backing into the parking spot (watching this on my dashcam..) he literally drove my car 10mph in reverse into a cement wall and continued to gas the pedal even harder after initially smacking into the wall. Also drove right into a cone and almost hit someone else’s car while parking it in their second level of their parking garage. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE! I have damage on the back bumper of my car now! Huge scuffs and a dent from him reversing and gassing my car into the cement wall! This was sickening to rewatch someone else treat my property (in this case, my car) that i paid a good amount of money to park with such disrespect. He didn’t even care to tell me, even though it seemed he did it on purpose! And that was not it.. When i got back to pick up my car they tried making me pay extra until i told them several times i already prepaid for a full day! All the staff was fairly rude and cocky, making fun of customers and laughing at them when they pick up their cars right in front of other customers! This place is ghetto as hell. Take ur time and find another place if you can… unless you want to pay someone $50 to drive ur car into a cement wall. Never parking here again.
