- CGCarlos v GarciaJan 2, 20261.0I’ve only been enrolled with this parking lot for 5 days, and the experience has already been extremely disappointing. Nearly every interaction I’ve had with employees has been unpleasant. Staff members are consistently rude, dismissive, and speak to you as if you’re a bother rather than a paying customer. The worst experience was with a manager when I was simply trying to retrieve my car. From the very start of the interaction, he was disrespectful, rude, and unprofessional, which is unacceptable—especially from someone in a management position. Customer service matters, and so far this location has completely failed in that area. I would not recommend enrolling here unless significant changes are made in how customers are treated.
