Disaster parking here at this operation. When I came in, it was packed and there was this valet driver in the basement with a heavy Jamaican accent barely could understand him. He said leave the ticket in the car. Turns out that when I went to pickup the car, I needed that ticket. It was an absolute disaster. Had to fill out a bunch of forms and wait 30 min just to to get the car because some moron said leave the ticket in the car. I do want to give a good recommendation to a lady named Sha for helping us through the situation. She helped tremendously, but this guy that said leave the ticket in the car should be fired. Especially when double checked with him and he said leave it. Absolutely messed up. Will never be back.

Whenever I wanted to charge my phone in the car they wouldn't let us stay in the car in the first place, then after the floor attendant did he said we couldn't stay more than 15 minutes. A little pricey but fair price for a parking in the middle of Manhattan. Location of the parking lot is pretty good, u can walk pretty much everywhere in little time.

So after reading all the nightmare reviews of all the parking garages in the area, I was a bit nervous about the experience. I booked online on Parkwhiz. The experience here couldn't have gone smoother (just before New Year's Eve)! The inside was well marked, the workers explained everything clearly, everything was pretty clean, and pick up went smoothly. I would come here again.

The attendant was extremely kind and the only person who explained how to park quickly.
The bad review is for the general manager with the horrible attitude who kept shouting at me because I wanted to figure out how to get a ticket because I’ve already prepaid. Dude was a jerk with no customer service skills.

We had a paid and confirmed reservation, and when we arrived they told us there was no space available.
No solution, no help, nothing.
They left us stranded with children and elderly people, completely disengaging from the situation despite having proof of payment.
Unacceptable and unreliable. Do not trust reservations here.
