I especially call out Edguard & Max. These attendants are quick, efficient, professional, and protect your property. I’d say the parking here is really easy and convenient 24/7.

- MFMatthew FriedbergAug 1, 20251.01 Star, Rude and unnecessarily aggressive experience I’ve never left a review for a parking lot before, but this one genuinely warrants it. I pulled into Edison Parking on Lafayette Street and noticed there were cones placed all over the lot, including one in front of the payment machine. It was unclear whether the cone was there to block off the machine or was just part of general lot traffic control. I began scanning my ticket when a man named Eric Allen came out and immediately began scolding me in an aggressive tone: “Excuse me, do you not see the sign? Do you not read? Why are you doing this? We set up two different spots to avoid this exact thing and you’re still doing it.” I calmly told him, “Just tell me what to do, please don’t scold me.” At that point, he finally explained what I needed to do, but the damage was done. There is a respectful way to communicate with customers, and this wasn’t it. I wasn’t trying to make his job harder… I was just trying to park and pay. His response was out of proportion and completely unprofessional. I’ll never return to this lot again. If customer experience matters to you, I’d suggest avoiding this place.
