  UPDATE: Not only did Parkwhiz refund my money, but so did Edison ParkFast. Both companies could not have been more responsive and aplogetic. Upgrading the stars from 1 to 3. Original Post: We arrived at this lot at 6:45PM. We showed him our printed out Parkwhiz pass. The attendant, Daniel, told us to wait 15 minutes because our pass said it started at 7PM. Fine, so we waited and when I presented him the pass to scan, he said I needed to take a ticket and should present my Parkwhiz pass when I came back to get my car. So we return later that evening, and when I gave him the pass to scan (the one he already saw), he told me that the pass would not work because their facility has been having trouble with Parkwhiz for a number of days. He told me that before he even scanned my pass. He then told me I had to call Parkwhiz and I needed to pay again. The situation blew up from there with me screaming at him. Is he getting extra cash on the side? He even accused me of touching him when I passed the paperwork through the tiny hole in the glass at the counter. Absurd. NOW, if he had told me when I presented the pass upon entry that there had been ongoing problems with the pre-paid passes, then maybe I would think differently. Not only will I be calling corporate headquarters, but I will be contacting my credit card companies. This employee should be fired. I hope people who read this review stay far, far away from this and ALL Edison Park Fast locations. Go to one of Edison's competitors. What these companies need to know is that one bad review can cost you more than the extra $65 that you stole from me so that I could get my key fob. I already had the car as I already had my second fob with me. Of course, Park Whiz is impossible to reach. Feels really good cutting and pasting this review to Yelp and other review sites.

  Made a reservation days ahead of arriving to park, and when we got here the attendant said "We're full". I told him we had a reservation and he got really rude and told me he can't park any more cars and to call the company.

  Honestly for there being only one person working on a busy saturday night, OMAR was amazing. He obviously was stressed because so many people were talking to him at once and yelling and rushing.. but he handled it well. Efficient and hustling! Great job.
