  I have been a customer for the last decade (previous Classic Audi) and there are very good reasons for that! Everything in this dealership works like a well oiled machine- starting with Sales- I have been working with Craig McLaughlin who is the absolute best and most informative sales professional one could ask for- he listens carefully to what you are looking for and then goes above and beyond to find you the car of your dreams and work on financials that make sense to you! Then when the time comes to service your vehicle you will be in the best care of Samantha Diaz who’s a service advisor and whom I’ve been working with for many years- She always makes sure to give you all the information and details you need to make the right decisions and she keeps you posted on the progress and setup of any needed repairs. The Service and Parts Director Shaun Tjepkema is a fantastic professional who truly listens to a customer’s concerns and will go above and beyond to make sure you are 100% content and satisfied with the services- truly a gem! I also want to give a huge shoutout to Susan Prati who is always ready to help with any loaners or courtesy rides you may need while your vehicle is being serviced- All in all Audi New Rochelle is the perfect dealership from Sales to Service- they truly value a customer’s business and will make sure you can fully enjoy your car and appreciate the Audi brand! I highly recommend you visit them and become an Audi enthusiasts yourself ❤️

  Had a great experience at this Audi dealership. We enjoyed working with Evanet. She was patient with us and thoroughly explained each car and its aspects. She listens and is attentive to what we need, accommodating and over all easy to work with! I highly recommend this dealership.

  Thank you to Wilfredo! I showed interest in a vehicle at 4pm on New Years Eve. In less than an hour, Peter from finance and Will from sales contacted me with an approval. I was pleased and appreciated how efficient they both were in helping me. New Years Day, they were closed and January 2nd, I picked up my new car! Wilfredo made the car buying process so seamless and easy, it was almost unreal! When I arrived at the dealership, he helped me set up the myAudi app and then we went to the car. He thoroughly explained all the features the car had and was super knowledgeable when I asked any questions. We then signed paperwork and I was in and out the dealership within an hour! Overall, my experience was great and I would recommend Will anytime to anyone! I love my new car!!! Thank you, Will!

  I had an excellent experience at Audi of New Rochelle, thanks entirely to Hannah, my service advisor. I had to bring my car in multiple times over a six-month span, and throughout it all, Hannah truly listened and took my concerns seriously. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. Hannah provided constant updates and went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled properly. Her patience, attention to detail, and customer-first attitude made a potentially frustrating situation completely stress-free. She genuinely made the experience better, and this is the kind of service that keeps customers loyal. Highly recommend Audi of New Rochelle—Hannah is outstanding.

  This past summer I visited Audi of New Rochelle for the first time. I had my brakes changed on my Audi A6. After I had left and got home something told me to check my trunk to see if my wheel lock opener was still where I had left it. Unfortunately, it wasn't. I went back to Audi of New Rochelle to complain that my wheel lock opener was missing. The guy at the front desk goes to the back where they service the cars and retrieves it for me. The service guy that had performed the brake job allegedly had forgotten to put back in my trunk. Fine. Fast forward to two weeks ago when my front driver's side tire was losing air. I go to the flat fix it place and hand my wheel lock opener to the guy who was going to fix my flat. He takes off the lug nuts covers and tells me that there wasn't a lock on my tire, only regular lug nuts. Huh? I've never been away from my car when my wheels have been off except for the time that I went to Audi of New Rochelle and they had my car in the back where they repair the cars. Obviously, custumers aren't allowed back there. Not only was the driver's side wheel lock missing, so was the passenger side tire lock. They were stolen at Audi of New Rochelle. Facts! 100% true. Be careful with your car when you go there. I wish that the brake sensor hadn't come on when it did. I did not have time to go to Audi dealer that I normally frequent. If only I knew. I know now!!
