  prepaid through spothero 2 weeks in advance. got to the parking garage at the exact time and was told lot was full. First time ever that has ever happened to us.... attendant said it wasn't his problem and we can figure out how to get a refund. ended up parking right across the street at 159

  Picked up my car at 8:48pm today. They had put in the wrong license plate of my car into their system and tried to argue that I hadn’t paid already (I reserved with SpotHero). Once that was cleared up, a male employee with glasses, hat, and gold bracelet proceeded to stop the attendant who was carefully bringing out my vehicle, made him get out, then proceeded to joyride my vehicle to the back of the garage then back toward the pickup area at incredibly high acceleration. He got out and handed me my keys like nothing had happened. Incredibly irresponsible and disrespectful.

  This parking garage is a total nightmare. Apparently, they don’t know how to handle bookings made through apps other than theirs. They ended up booking me a new spot and forcing me to pay before I could retrieve my car. I ended up paying extra because I had already parked. Three of the staff members were incredibly unprofessional and rude when I tried to speak to them. It seemed like all they cared about was whether I had paid or not. If I had, they just wanted me to leave. They didn’t seem to care about solving the problem. One of them was particularly stubborn about acknowledging that there was an error in the system. If you’re looking to park here, I strongly advise against downloading their app or using the link they send you. Make sure everything is clear before you park and leave the garage. Or, even better, AVOID THIS PLACE altogether and park somewhere else to save yourself the headache of dealing with them. The manager needs to look into the staff’s performance to improve the service. In the meantime, I will never return to this parking garage and will not recommend it to anyone.

  Total scam. They take your payment on parking apps, take your car and say everything’s okay when you drop it off. When you go to pick up your car they say you haven’t paid and charge you more than the app. We were not the only ones this happened to
