If it were possible to give this location a rating below zero, I would!!!! I have never experienced such an unprofessional and distressing encounter as I did yesterday (11/08/25). Upon my arrival, I was assisted by an employee named Chino (or Chico). During the initial check-in, he engaged in inappropriate and flirtatious behavior while taking my contact information. When I returned later that day to retrieve my vehicle, two other customers were already waiting, stating they had been there for ~30 and 45 minutes. Chico once again displayed the same unprofessional demeanor toward me, while also informing me that my car was on a malfunctioning lift and would take additional time to retrieve. By the time I received my vehicle, more than an hour had passed, which caused me to miss my birthday dinner reservation and incurred a $30 cancellation fee. When Chino finally accessed my car, he drove it off the lift recklessly, causing it to jolt forward with enough force that everyone nearby heard a dragging sound. I asked them, “Y’all hear that?” in which one said, “Check your car before you leave because we all heard that.” I moved the car off to the side to inspect it (….literally down on my hands and knees dressed nicely with HEELS on and got my hands dirty touching the ground) and discovered a frame price HANGING underneath my car. When I confronted Chico about the issue, his attitude immediately shifted. He denied responsibility, dismissed my concern, and walked away from me without offering assistance or an apology. Fortunately, another employee, Khalil, intervened and demonstrated genuine professionalism and compassion. He went above and beyond to help me and also laid on the ground and attempted to secure the loose frame. In that moment, I got back down on my hands and knees to hold the flashlight from my phone in place so that Khalil can see what he was doing. Unfortunately, it could not be repaired on-site. I truly appreciate his effort and empathy... None of which Chino displayed after he was the cause of this. This man NOT ONCE got on the ground to offer service. Chico’s behavior was not only reckless but also displayed a complete lack of accountability, customer service, respect, and human decency. His actions directly caused damage to my vehicle, disrupted my evening plans, and led to unnecessary stress and financial loss. I need to be refunded my parking fee, my cancelled reservation and the cost of repairs for the damage cause to my car. This incident was entirely preventable and reflects poorly on your establishment. Thank you, Chino, for ruining my birthday weekend and for inconveniencing me. Thank you!

I think these workers hate their job. I arrived and went to the window, the worker in the office and the one outside didn't acknowledge me for 5 minutes when there was no one else around. I finally walked up to a worker to ask for them to take my car.
When trying to retrieve my car, I followed their directions and requested my car online. 30 minutes later, no update, so I walked there to see what was going on. Again, no one acknowledged me. After 3 minutes, the attendant came over. I told him I requested my car but i didnt receive an update. He told me that I shouldn’t have requested the car through the app. They don’t pay attention to the app. It’s like they are annoyed you are asking them to take your business.
Heads up, once you go over 3 hours, you pay the same rate as 24 hours which comes out to be $90 with taxes and fees. Theres better parking lots.
