  We reserved a spot on the parking garage app, we were told to pick up our car at 7:00 p.m. on the app and the person reminded us, cool. So we get there to get our car at 7:00 p.m. and someone told us to sit on the side and wait because he was busy and waiting for someone else to come down and help, he was already with a client. I texted the app hoping that someone would come faster to help this poor guy out, as we waited someone else did call us over to get the car, it was a couple minutes, wasn't long. When he charged us out, he charged us a late fee which was $22.00, rounding up 15 minutes waiting. We questioned it but he said he couldn't do anything about it because he wasn't the manager and what not. We ended up paying it because we wanted our car and didn't want it held hostage to pay more. I advise if you pay for a certain time to arrive sadly maybe 30 minutes prior so you don't get charged for just waiting for someone to help you check out. Otherwise it was in a nice convenient spot. We gave the guys a tip for not stealing the money out of our car in the visor which was 100% visible, but still upset we were charged a late fee for having to wait on them to charge us out.
