He took the time to make sure I was getting what I really wanted, and never made me feel rushed to make a decision. The bottle of wine, shirt, and hat offered at the close of the deal was awesome. It was one of those gestures that are totally unnecessary, but show appreciation for your business, which I’ve never seen before at any GM dealership. Overall, the deal on my new Sierra was well beyond what I’d expected. I don’t think I’ve ever spent such little time coming down to terms that I’m happy with and signing for the vehicle. The entire process was relaxed, but efficient. When it’s time for something new again, I’ll be going back to Ellis.
