A.5 days ago1.0I have rented from them before but not in NYC no one let's you rent a car one way, you have to bring it back which defeats the purpose of rental of you want to get back to your state from NYC, they said you have to reserve it online, called reservd a car gave all my info Pickup drop off location got Uber to get there they still wouldn't rent a car one way. Worse service I have ever had. Complete BS

But I have to say, Enterprise, and especially the staff at this location, completely changed that. The whole process was easy and streamlined, and the staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and thoughtful. George was not only professional but also genuinely kind and respectful to every customer. I truly admire how he treats everyone with such care and a positive attitude. The two ladies who helped me (sorry I didn’t get their names!) were also wonderful — one patiently explained how the toll fees work, and the other thoughtfully reminded me to take a video of the car when she handed me the key. A big thank-you to every amazing team member I met at this branch. You really made my rental experience smooth and pleasant!
