  Worse Experience with a rental car company in my 25 years of renting a car. Being a disabled veteran! I booked online for 60 dollars a day. Enterprise confirmed reservation. I went to the location, they said we don’t have anything available in your class. I had a free double upgrade that they wouldn’t honor, and wouldn’t allow me to rent a car stating it would be 150 dollars a day so my reservation went from 160 for two days to 450. The employees including the general manager wouldn’t help me. Then Ignored me to take care of other customers that just walked. Thank you, for your service! Corporate corruption at its finest. Don’t rent from her it’s a total scam, and consumer fraud per the law!m Per Enterprise regulations, and Corporate contract the General Managers is required to give me any car available. Therefore, cars are sitting for the idle, at the Enterprise Location: “that car is a luxury car it’s too expensive to give to you.” Maybe, the employees are driving those cars so they don’t want to rent them out… To respond to Stacy's Response---- I have already reached out to Enterprise. The complaint number: 49807606. I have received no response back nor resolution. Support doesn't help nor does Enterprise seemly hold there employees and owners accountable.

  The best enterprise rent a car I have been to. Great customer service and excellent vehicle selection. I had a Chevy Trax for a month and it was a great car. I will recommend anyone to come here if they are ever in need to rent a vehicle.

  I have been an Enterprise customer for over 20 years, and the service never has disappointed me. This latest experience at the Queens Blvd 36th street office was fine, like all the others.

  I have rented from them before but not in NYC no one let's you rent a car one way, you have to bring it back which defeats the purpose of rental of you want to get back to your state from NYC, they said you have to reserve it online, called reservd a car gave all my info Pickup drop off location got Uber to get there they still wouldn't rent a car one way. Worse service I have ever had. Complete BS
