  Purchased the unit and everything seemed ok. On first camping trip, I went to put the leveling feet down and they were both bent. Shame on me for not checking this before I left the lot. I arranged a service appointment and when I dropped it off, I was told it would most likely not be covered. Sure enough, they refused to replace the leveling jacks. I was able to get them off of Amazon and replaced them myself. Total cost - $75. After this experience, I will never deal with this scam outfit again. They sell damaged equipment as new and refuse to fix it, even with an extended warranty, which I have since canceled. Their lack of customer service and failure to stand by their product all for $75 has guaranteed that I'll never buy anything from this shady establishment again.

  This was our first visit to Camping World. The purpose was to educate ourselves on campers before we “jump in.” Ashley was our salesperson. SHE WAS AWESOME! She immediately understood our needs and didn’t overwhelm us with information overload. She showed us a few different models above and below our price point so we could logically compare. Bottom line, Ashley made a difference and at Camping World she is the only one we’ll work with!

  This place sucks when it comes to helping people with campers they already own and need help maintaining and repairing. Have been trying to deal with them since July and still do not have the items I need. Told me to send an email with referenced items and they would get back to me. Sent email and have heard nothing, so I called and was told the person I emailed 2 months ago was not in today so no one else can help me. No one has still gotten back to me after 2 inquiries. It is now November.

  I purchased my very first travel trailer from Camping World, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! As a first-time buyer, I had a lot of questions and a bit of nervousness going into the process, but Ashley made everything incredibly easy and stress-free. Ashley was caring, patient, and truly genuine throughout the entire experience. She took the time to walk me through every step, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident and comfortable with my purchase. Her professionalism and friendly attitude really stood out, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her customers. If you're looking to buy an RV or travel trailer, especially if it's your first one, I highly recommend working with Ashley.   This is absolutely the worst place to buy or service your RV. We bought a brand-new Coleman and, after not even two full years, the roof started leaking. Repair estimate: $5,000. The unit was purchased for $15,000. Their service prices are outrageous — they just rip people off. Camping World rejected any responsibility, despite the fact the brand-new unit was not supposed to leak. It was always kept covered. Their front desk could not care less and is very rude. Communication with service takes weeks — we had to wait four months for the appointment. Either stop selling more units than you can service, or hire more technicians. The worst part: they left the RV outside for weeks, including during nonstop rain. We are picking the unit up this week, and if we find any further water damage, Camping World will be held legally responsible for all damage that occurred while the unit was in their possession.
