First time camping world customer and first time camper/toyhauler owner..camping world made everything so easy and honestly a joy to purchase from.My sales woman Ashley ruzzo was a sheer treat to deal with and was as excited for me, as I am. Every part of the buying process from first call back, to the walkthrough of unit options and details, to friendly finance dept., was top notch and taken at your pace. Truly felt like a family run business and you're welcomed in. Go check them out from your camping/hauler needs!!A+++

We are so excited for our new 5th Wheel! This is our third camper, but our first experience with Camping World. Katelyn was a dream to deal with and the whole Camping World family experience has definitely been a cut above our two previous dealers. Not that there was anything wrong with our previous dealers - Camping World just seems to be a cut above with everything.

My experience with this dealership was disappointing. After deciding not to move forward with the RV purchase, the salesperson stopped responding to my messages entirely. I had to involve management just to get my deposit returned. Then, three months later, I received a random cold call from the same salesperson acting warm and friendly, inquiring whether I ever bought another RV or what I was doing. Interesting how she couldn’t respond when I canceled the deal but had no problem calling later to try to make a sale. The call didn’t last long—I let her know it wasn’t any of her business.

Our new 2026 Jayco Greyhawk 29 MV from Campers World Kingston NY so far very good . Being it's winter in NY we haven't had a chance to use it yet . But to drive it home from Kingston to Newburgh it was a pleasure to drive . In packing what can go in it for the winter we're seeming to like it a lot . Setting up and learning the control screen has been fairly easy . We can't wait to go cruising south with it after the holiday . If your looking for what the best fit for you make sure you go to Campers World Kingston NY and make sure you deal with Awesome Ashley Ruzzo !! Ashley's not pushy but will work with you until you're A Happy Camper !!!! Thank You Ashley and CW !!!!

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. This was the single most incompetent, frustrating, and downright baffling service experience I’ve ever had. Booked an appointment to get the A/C repaired in my Mercedes Sportsmobile conversion because it was spitting out plastic granules and making grinding noises—aka “please fix me before something explodes.” I told the CW service rep upfront that it was likely a warranty issue. They charged $95 for a diagnostic and said they could repair it same day if they had the part. Great — or so I thought. Since it was already in the shop, I added two more issues at $95 each. Fine, let’s go all-in, you’re the experts. Except they didn’t have the part for ANY of the three issues. And after sitting in their waiting room from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., I walked out nearly $500 poorer with nothing fixed. And when I say I sat there all day — I mean it. I got ONE update in six hours. The rest of the time, I might as well have been a piece of furniture in their lobby. Invisible, forgotten, and ignored. It gets worse. I spent the next week doing the warranty legwork myself because CW apparently had no clue how to handle it—despite being an “authorized repair center.” They did, however, have plenty of energy to pitch me on buying and installing a whole new A/C unit. (Thousands of $) When I got home, the manufacturer asked for photos. CW hadn’t taken any. Basic stuff any authorized repair center would automatically collect. And the “diagnosis” they gave me? They claimed the damage was coming from a part that doesn’t even exist on my A/C model. I discovered this only after climbing onto my own roof and removing the A/C cover—doing the diagnostic THEY were supposed to do. Stunning. Then there was the frozen monitor. When I went to leave, my control screen was stuck. He shrugged and insisted, “That’s how it was when you gave it to me.” It wasn’t. This man should not be allowed to interact with customers. Ever. When I got home, I opened the panel and found the monitor cable wasn’t plugged in all the way. Once I seated it properly, everything worked again. And when I removed the A/C covers myself (on the roof and inside), it was obvious they never actually inspected it. If they had, they would have noticed that my model doesn’t even HAVE the part they claimed was damaged. I went in trusting they knew these units — they're standard in RVs. Instead, I paid nearly $500 for zero repairs, zero accuracy, and zero effort. I will NEVER return to CW for service. The only silver lining? Found an incredible repair center just north of here—competent, responsive, and, shockingly, able to identify parts that actually exist. We’re never letting go of them.
