    Was standing in line to cash out at another local store, there was some miscommunication with the worker of browns ford and the cashier over a key, well because the cashier wasn’t correct, your tech or whatever told them that if they were to come down to get their car/truck fixed they said they would just tell you no and to get lost. Definitely gave a bad taste for Browns Ford, how ugly. He also should have known that cutting car keys isn’t as easy as he’d like it to be

    I must say that it took me a year to find a shop that would work on my RV and finally found Brown’s Ford in Johnstown NY. We made an appointment with them and drove the motor home 200 miles for them to look at it and tell me what it needed. Within 48 hours I received a call from Zack and he thoroughly explained to me that the engine needed to be replaced due to a bad camshaft. After I came back to my senses I agreed for them to do the work. The work was done within one week and ready to go. Overall, I was amazed at the extent of the customer service that I received. Zack kept me updated on all aspects of the process and answered all of my questions. The mechanic assigned to repair my motor home did an exceptional job and would like to extend our appreciation for his excellent work. I am pleased with the results and especially the way Zack treated me. He was very professional and helpful. If the dealership wasn’t so far away I definitely would buy a vehicle from them.
