- DTD TDec 28, 20252.0I used to love this place. Recently the customer service is very weak. Wáking in is like playing a lotto; you never know what to expect. The Business Hours on line are incorrect for a long time, not a chance to make an appointment over the phone, if made on-line it is ignored. There is nobody at the front desk. If and when anyone walks out of the garage, the customers are completely ignored or treated like an annoyance. The only focused attention is when you need to pay. The place is dirty, floor, bathroom and waiting area is flthy. I am sorry, but Good Year can do better than this.

One of my car’s wheels actually came loose about a month after their service. At first, I thought it was a failing CV joint, wheel bearing, or brake issue because the car started making strange noises that got worse on the highway. Thankfully, I decided to jack up the car and check it myself. It was horrifying to see that the front wheel’s lug nuts were nearly falling out.

After they looked at the car again, Kevin told me their equipment could not read my car. I told them they did it yesterday and reset my oil. He told me to come back tomorrow and speak to the people that worked on my car and sent me on my way. He also told me that the front and rear tires could not be rotated because the model car has different front and rear tires and that they cold not have been rotated. I googled the reset process and it work. I have been using this service center for over 20 years and every one has been more than helpful and am very disappointed in the way kevin treated me after such a long time of customer loyalty. I guess I have been paying for tire rotation on this car for the past 3 years for something that could not be done
