- IBI BJun 20, 20251.0This was the worst parking experience I’ve ever had. When we arrived, they changed the drop-off location without any prior notice. We ended up having to leave our car on the sidewalk, completely unorganized. Now we’ve been waiting over 50 minutes for the shuttle, and it still hasn’t arrived. I would gladly take an Uber, but I have no idea where my car was actually parked. I can only hope I find it in decent condition when I return.

When I complained, they told me that the parking attendant forgot to put the parking paper in it. Now they tell me that I should have printed the paper and put it in myself and that I have to pay the 237 ticket. Do not use that parking lot, it is the worst there is. Scammers.
