They are in Lala land and the people answering the phone have zero knowledge about cars and common sense even. Lincoln Huntington service department literally tried to keep our car there for who knows how long-- maybe weeks until they realized they would take a long time to get a part for the mirror-- when in the first place I described what was the problem over the phone. We had to remind them like uh, "can we get our car back since you are waiting for the parts and the car is overall fine?".... they're like "oh yeah, we have your car just sitting there... " .... I also tried to call and follow up weeks later with Lincoln Huntington if they got the parts they were waiting for, and of course the secretary had a hard time finding record that I was even there and had the "wrong" service advisor attached to my account.... instead of being disappointed with them again, I went to Lincoln Hasset instead and was very impressed! A service advisor from Lincoln Hasset, understood my concerns. He had me take pictures of my mirror and email to him. From that, he had the expertise and common sense to order the parts ahead of time then called us when he was ready to install. We then drove to Lincoln Hasset and it was done in a couple of hours. They had exceptional customer service, common sense, and knowledge in what he does -- saved us so much time and a headache! Lincoln Hasset (not Lincoln Huntington Service) for the win! Probably not going back to Lincoln Huntington Service, sorry but not sorry.
