Instead of telling me they were in crates his response was "when you guys buy it you can see it". Walked out left my husband in the store. Then called us back the next day talking numbers, intresest, and etc and he would call us back again. Cool.. Then ghosted us for a week in a half about information. So we went to pioneer just to look around because the gentleman never called us back from maddies motor sports. So that day we signed a contract with pioneer and got us a new snow mobile. 2 days after we signed at pioneer,maddies called us and we let them know we went somewhere else because they never called us back with the information we needed. Long story short. Give the gentleman that took care of us a little better training when dealing with people like myself that don't know you can't see the snow mobiles that aren't on display and be a little kinder and make a check list to call people back the next day to get that sale not a week in a half later.
- APA POct 16, 20251.0Brought my CF MOTO in for the expensive service an noted that I also had a hard starting issue. The mechanic said it probably was the battery. The battery was 3 months old but I figured I would buy a new one just in case, still having issues with starting. So I guess I spent $459.48 plus a new battery to have the same issue. Shades of Appolsons. Shame on me.

- JCJay CarloneOct 9, 20251.0If you are looking to buy a new slingshot and get it serviced at some point this is NOT the place to go... I recently called to make a service appointment for an oil change i explained to the person on the phone that I had a show vehicle with some modifications made to it and if they could try to be mindful and not get greese on floor or steering wheel. A day later I got a call from the Service MGR saying he can't work on my Slingshot because it has modifications. I explained it wont effect anything and his words " I JUST DONT WANT TO BOTHER WITH IT" he didn't ask to have me bring it in and maybe they couldn't do it depending on the modifications he just told me he couldn't do it. I also had an issue with my breaks last year and they were under warranty he also said he didn't want to be bothered with that either. Very disappointing I really had high hopes for this dealership since I own a small business here in wny that customizes polaris Slingshots. Which is interesting because who wants to buy a new slingshot when they can't get it serviced. FYI 95% of people who owns a slingshot modify or make upgrades in 1 way or another. I wonder if the owner is aware of the people he has in charge working for him?
