I have tried many different RV's trying to find the perfect fit for my family, from used to new, and I have to say that during this long process we have gone through some of the most unbelievable nightmares that you can imagine. One after another of either terrible quality of the coach itself to the worst repair service on the planet to non-existent customer service...and most times all of the above !!!! That is until about 4 years ago when I walked into Camping World on camp rd in Hamburg NY. There I met a man named Sal Lima who is the locations manager. Sal and his entire team restored my sanity and love for RVing which were both almost gone. His honesty and friendliness and especially accessibility led us to the RV of our dreams with an extended warranty attached to it that has saved us thousands of dollars. His service department and customer service people are a breath of fresh air. The biggest thing of all has been when a problem has come up (as they always do) all I had to do was get ahold of Sal and he would make it right....every time. This alone is worth its weight in gold in the RV world. He ACTUALLY cares. To anyone reading this, listen to what I am telling you. Whether you are new to the game or looking for your last RV....Go to Camping World in Hamburg NY and find Sal Lima....you will be eternally glad that you did.

She not only managed the warranty process for us but returned every call when she said she would! She went out of her way to make sure we were informed all along the way and after the project was finished! Also camping world’s mobile unit was top notch! A huge thank you to Heather and to Nate from the mobile unit for your amazing customer service! We appreciate you! You deserve 5 stars from these happy customers!

The service guys are nice, the sales folks are nice too, but they don't communicate well with me or with each other. I'll update this review once the needed part finally gets installed. It shouldn't be this hard folks. Edit#1 - I reached out to the CW rep within minutes of their response below and will let everyone know when they get back to me. 10/24/2025 still no reply to my email 11/01/2025 still no response to my email. online appointment portal got no response on two occasions. two voicemails to service went unanswered. went to store (35 miles from home) and made appointment in person.
