I feel like anything I say will be an understatement regarding the top-tier level of customer service he displayed. He walked us through our options, educated us on our choices, and took the time to make sure we understood all the perks that Camping World has to offer. I would pick Joe every single time. He did a damn good job. He didn't have to put the time and effort in that he did- but because he did, we will be coming back.
- KLKevin LattDec 17, 20251.0It's a shame that a RV company as large as Camping World offers a service that knowingly damages your RV's water system. The only antifreeze they offer contains alcohol which damages water pumps, faucets, black/Greywater valves and corrods anything metal. When questioned their response was they offer a $40 spring flush to remove the aftertaste left by their antifreeze. Doing nothing to correct the damage to the water pump. A couple years of this type of antifreeze will ruin the water pump quickly requiring a costly pump replacement. In the past they at least offered the proper non alcohol antifreeze for a couple dollars more. Far cheaper than replacing pumps and flushing the system with more chemicals. It's a shame they need to damage our equipment for their profit. As a service manager for a large beverage company winterizing numerous pieces of outdoor equipment yearly I know this as fact. I wonder what other services offered by Camping World are geared towards their father profit. Causing us the frustration of failed equipment when we need it most. Shame on them, whether it is intentional or just a lack of educating their staff.
