    Deceptive Marketing at it's finest! They'll list one price online and market it on several sites at one price, not discuss the actual price over the phone to bring you into the dealership to then waste your time and get you to agree on their terms. They'll list a car for 39k, only to lure you in and then demand 47k for the same vehicle. On top of that, they'll refuse accept any type of of payment that isn't their own financing. Overall, waste of time and rude Sales manager that does not care about customer service.

    I had an excellent experience working with Robert Barniville at East Hills Chrysler Jeep Dodge while leasing my new Dodge Durango. From start to finish, Robert was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He answered all my questions clearly, worked hard to get me a great deal, and made the entire process easy and enjoyable. There was never any pressure—just honest guidance and great customer service.     Bait and switch tactics for used car sales... if you intend to pay with cash or financing with your own bank, I would avoid this dealership. I worked with Ryan and Aashray in December 2024 - I wanted to move forward with the vehicle & price listed online (did not try to negotiate) but then they made up a "cash price" that was $1,200+ over asking price when I mentioned I wasn't financing through them. When I did consider financing through them, they could not beat or match the rate of my local bank! Because I wanted the vehicle, I offered them ~$200 ABOVE the price online (never in my life would I think I'd be offering MORE money than the listed price!), payment via cashier's check, and they refused to sell the car to me. Their website says that they "truly care about each and every customer - rather than only our bottom line" however this is the FURTHEST FROM THE TRUTH because they prioritized their bottom line (demanding I finance through them to get kickbacks from the bank) instead of honoring the listed price on their website for a customer that was willing to pay it. The ending to this story is ironic - after EH Jeep refused to sell the car to me, the car sat for weeks and the price was dropped by a few more thousand dollars until it was sold. My suggestion for EH Jeep: you should specify online that the price is VALID ONLY BY FINANCING THROUGH EH JEEP. Or, maybe you should show two different prices (one for cash and one for financing at EH Jeep) - you have the ability to do this in your financing calculator but instead you choose to show the SAME EXACT PRICE. Lastly, if you are going to push financing, perhaps you should work towards making your rates more competitive. One year later and it does not seem like you have made any more improvements about how to communicate these items to customers. I am so glad I purchased a vehicle at a different Jeep dealership that did not employ the same tactics as EH Jeep.

    I have gone to Easthills Chrysler Jeep a handful of times to repair certain different things on my 2022 Grand Cherokee, from motor mounts to readjusting suspension and front axle disconnect. Also providing software updates to the differential and other things as needed. Their service is great. Their technicians know what they are doing and they will always do a great job. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Dean as the service advisor and Sammy as the technician. Dean always reaches out to you keeping you in the loop of things while your vehicle is at service, avoiding the feeling where there is a lack of communication and not know what stage your car is in and as for Sammy, he’s an all around great technician with great customer service as well. I have gone with him on multiple road tests to troubleshoot different issues on my vehicle. He will always find the root of your vehicle’s problems. I’ve gone to other Jeep dealers to service my vehicle, but they never find the root of my problem and the vehicle simply spends time wasted to then hear a report back, “your vehicle is operating as it should and we could not replicate your issue”. Go to Easthills Jeep. They are hands down one of the best to go to. I highly recommend going there. Thanks for all the good work you guys do!
