  DO NOT USE!!! Jason was horrible!! Geico submitted a tow request, Jason pulled into the gas station and pulled immediately out without calling me so I had to submit another request. Then Geico ordered another tow and it went to M&R again and Jason called me and gave me all this attitude about how he called me 5 times and it was my fault for not picking up, so he left. I was forced to wait another hour before he could get me. I was waiting in my car with two flat tires at a gas station... I was on my phone waiting the entire time. We ended up booking a tow through AAA and naturally Jason showed up again. He made a complete mess of the inside of my vehicle in addition to just dropping my car off at the shop. Never put any notes with my keys for the shop to know when it was dropped off, my contact information and for what reason the car was damaged. I called Monroe Auto the next day and the lady didn't even have to ask who dropped it off. She stated "did you go through M&R? They are horrible! I definitely don't recommend them." When I picked up the car the next day I opened the driver door and it was all muddy. I asked Monroe to clean it for me and they stated "it was dropped off that way, the tow truck company definitely did that."

  I would not recommend taking your vehicle to this place, I’d give a zero star review if I could! M and r has scammed me out of my money left and right, they are crooks and will over charge you for every little thing. They don't correctly fix things and they do a terrible job just so you have to keep coming back to pay more money. They tried telling me I needed to pay over $300 for my tie rod to be fixed in order for my car to pass inspection. I took my car to another place for a second opinion and was told there was nothing wrong with it and they were confused why I was ever told that. It wasn’t until then that I was told everything they’ve “fixed” on my car was patch work and wasn’t even done correctly. I’ve had to go back multiple times to get the same things fixed, and have dishes out more money than it should’ve taken especially considering my car is pretty new. This is the worst place I’ve ever taken my car to!

  Replaced my alternator quickly and kept me informed throughout the process. Very happy with the service.

  Had to have my car towed because it was starting to break down. Called my insurance company because we didn't have roadside assistance, so they offered to get us help if I paid them to have the car towed. Long story short, paid the insurance company money for the tow service, and then I'm informed that M and R takes the job and is being dispatched. Or so I thought.... Several minutes later, I get a call from Jason, the tow truck driver, informing me that my insurance company has to call M&R DIRECTLY in order for the shop to come out and tow my car, otherwise it's a "private tow service" per company policy, which would mean I had to pay on top of what I already paid my insurance company. Already perplexed, baffled, and confused, I call my insurance company back telling the customer service agent what they told me. At that point, she calls the shop directly. That person didn't explain to me what happened during their conversation with M&R other than they were confused and baffled with M and R and their policies. So at that point,I said screw it because I've been waiting out in the hot 85 degree heat for well over a half hour trying to find someplace who can tow it back home. So I just decided to call a family member and they towed the car back home. I have heard nothing but good things about this shop, so unfortunately, I have to base my review over something as silly as a company policy. The agent I spoke to from my insurance did tell me they will be filing a complaint regarding M&R and their service practices too. So long story short, DO NOT use these guys if you can really help it.

  Called insurance company for roadside assistance with the car running, keys locked in car around 11am. Quote said 12:44 for arriving. Once the truck was on the way it rerouted to 12:00. Everytime it'd come within 10min of arrival it would increase by 15 min. Finally called office around 1245 and they said I cancelled the request. No one ever called me and I never called them until now. When I finally talked to the driver he said another hour. Finally called the police dept and they were there within 15 min. I wouldn't rely on this service and never had a company talk time the way they did. Very unprofessional. Called insurance company to file a complaint.
